Electronic Prescription Service Sign-Up
By using our pharmacy, you agree to nominate H&W Medical Clinic as your NHS EPS pharmacy. This means that all of your NHS prescriptions issued electronically will be sent to our pharmacy. We may check your nomination status and re-nominate you if necessary. We may also verify your GP details to ensure proper delivery of your prescriptions.
Urgent Deliveries
If you require medication urgently, we may be able to transfer your prescription to a local pharmacy with your consent.
How does our service work?
We are an NHS Distance Selling Pharmacy, so services are provided remotely. Once you nominate us, prescriptions are sent electronically, and we deliver them to your chosen address. We will not be able to dispense medication without a valid prescription. We may access your NHS Summary Care Record (with consent) for clinical safety.
